Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging

We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Items without original packaging
🔹 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
- If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
🔹 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
🔹 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
Contact us with proof (images/videos) for quick support.
🔹 Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
🔹 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos
- We will arrange replacement or refund
